Boucle coat

I decided to try my hand at boucle fabric.
This is my new doggie coat...

Getting ready for a show.
So stressful!

I will really miss
making these.
They are my favorite.

I just love seeing the pups at my open air dog
friendly mall. Sometimes I just go there to sit
and watch.
We play "name that breed" and can usually
come up with the right answers even
for the mix breeds.
They are now dressed in their sweaters
for the weather.
Even more fun!

This collar has been a work in progress

I've been working on this collar for a couple weeks,
waiting for all my supplies to get here.
Then it's been difficult finding the time to
put it all together.
The finished project!
Whew!

My brother's dog, rascal,fell in a hole at the park the other day!

Not getting my photos right today

I posted a new dress today and it is sooo pretty but
the photo just doesn't do it justice!
I get so frustrated when this happens!
I guess I will have to call in an expert!

This is just the prettiest midnight blue with
a touch of sparkle and the over skirt has
such a beautiful sheen to it with
iridescent snowflakes.
Even the crystal snowflake seems washed out.
Oh shoot!

It's funny how your present customers sometimes help in your marketing strategies. I've recently received
orders from expectant moms who want to include their pups in their
family's milestones.
I've also been asked to assist expectant couples
in announcing their
pregnancies to their families with a tee shirt!
This has opened up a whole new market for me.
What fun!!!

I was so glad to see this yellow jewelweed near my
creek the other day!
This is a MI native species that I have wanted to see.
It likes a moist environment and is found
throughout Michigan's many lakes and streams.
